Why I love TRX
I find TRX to be one of the most versatile and effective ways to train. It allows me to build strength, improve mobility, challenge core stability, and create workouts that are suitable for every fitness level. The straps are lightweight and easy to carry, which means I can take my training with me anywhere. Whether I’m at home, in a studio, outdoors, or travelling, I can still get an effective full-body workout wherever I go.
What makes TRX so special is that it can be used for strength, cardio, Pilates-inspired movement, rehabilitation, mobility work, stretching, you name it.
Most of all, I love seeing the confidence it gives people, especially when they see that through proper coaching they can get into the right movement position.
