Who we are
This website is operated by Train With Ene (“we”, “us”, “our”), a personal training service based in Sutton, Surrey, UK. For any privacy questions, contact hello@trainwithene.co.uk.
What data we collect
- Newsletter signups: name, email address, the date you opted in, and your consent record.
- Enquiries: any information you choose to send us via email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: minimal local browser storage used to remember whether you have dismissed the newsletter popup. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) for the newsletter, and on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) to respond to enquiries you send us.
How we use your data
- To send you the newsletter you signed up to.
- To respond to your questions about training, classes or retreats.
- To keep an audit record of your consent, as required by UK GDPR.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Email enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Object to or restrict our processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

How to unsubscribe
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you from the list within 7 days.
