My name is Ene and I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness Pilates Instructor, and TRX Suspension Training Coach with experience in helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.
I run energising, inclusive fitness classes in South London, specialising in strength training, and functional movement. Whether you’re just starting out, returning to exercise, or looking for a new challenge, my sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in your ability.
